Job summary

Prezzo is hiring a Duty Manager to bridge the floor and management and lead a high-energy team. You will open and close the restaurant, step in for the GM off- shift, and ensure guests experience our Hospitality Magic.

You’ll handle cashing up, compliance, and model leadership on shift. Expect perks like meals on shift, a day off for your birthday, and strong training for career progression.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience as a server or supervisor and readiness for more.
• Ability to lead and energise the team during busy service.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant as a keyholder and lead the team when the GM is away.

• Handle cashing up and compliance while modelling the right behaviours.

The Role

You are the heartbeat of the shift. As a keyholder, you’ll open and close the restaurant, lead the team when the GM is away, and ensure every guest experiences our "Hospitality Magic." You’ll master the "behind-the-scenes" stuff—like cashing up and compliance—while staying front-and-centre as a role model for the team.
