Job summary

Prezzo Italian in Reading is hiring a Duty Manager to be the heartbeat of the shift. As a keyholder you’ll open and close the restaurant, lead the team when the GM is away, and deliver our Hospitality Magic to every guest while handling cashing up and compliance.

You should have solid hospitality experience as a server or supervisor, strong leadership, and the energy to keep service buzzing. The role offers elevated hourly pay on busy shifts, plus perks like free meals and staff discounts.
