Job summary

Prezzo Italian is seeking a Duty Manager to be the heartbeat of the shift. As a keyholder, you’ll open and close the restaurant, lead the team when the GM is away, and ensure every guest experiences our Hospitality Magic.

You’ll master cashing up and compliance while staying front-and-centre as a role model. Bring hospitality experience as a server or supervisor, a natural leader with great energy, and a growth mindset to learn the operational side of a busy restaurant.

Qualifications

• Experience as a server or supervisor.
• Ability to lead a team through busy shifts.
• Energetic, reliable and guest-focused.
• Willingness to learn the operational side of the business.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant as a keyholder.
• Lead the team when the General Manager is away.
• Ensure guests experience Hospitality Magic.
• Cash up and handle compliance while staying visible on the floor.
