Job summary

SSP Group is seeking a Duty Manager for Millie’s Cookies at Queensgate, Peterborough. The role supports leadership in a busy hospitality environment and offers opportunities to work with iconic brands within SSP’s network. You will be responsible for opening and closing, guiding a team through peak periods, and ensuring outstanding customer service across shifts.

DUTY MANAGER - MILLIE'S COOKIES, QUEENSGATE PETERBOROUGH

Rate of pay: £13.75 per hour

We have Full Time (30hrs) roles available

Hours of operation are 9:00am to 5:30pm (8:30pm on Thursday) working flexibly on weekdays, weekends, Bank and public holidays.

ABOUT YOU:

• Due to some responsibilities within the Duty Manager role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.

ABOUT THE DUTY MANAGER ROLE:
