Job summary

Prezzo Italian in Stevenage is seeking a Duty Manager to bridge floor operations and management, opening/closing shifts and guiding the team when the GM is away. You will ensure guest experiences reflect our Hospitality Magic and handle cashing up and compliance behind the scenes while remaining front-and-centre as a team leader.

The Role
You are the heartbeat of the shift.
