Nuffield Health Gosforth is seeking a Sales Duty Manager to oversee the Gosforth gym operations, engage with members, drive sales, and lead a team on shift. You will be responsible for opening and closing the club, ensuring safety and service standards, and supporting colleagues to deliver an exceptional fitness experience.

The role requires strong sales experience, excellent communication, and a customer-focused approach. Training and development are provided in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth club operation, including opening/closing during shifts.
• Prioritize member satisfaction and build strong member relationships.
• Lead by example and uphold high quality standards among staff.
• Conduct tours for prospective members highlighting club benefits.
• Oversee health and safety protocols and address issues swiftly.
• Help achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Be prepared to swim to a high standard and undergo site training for Lifeguard breaks.

Up to £32,750 depending on experience plus sales commission

As a Duty Manager, you will:

• Be responsible for the smooth running of our club; including the opening and closing the club when on shift
• Prioritize Member Satisfaction, Engage with our members, fostering happiness and building strong relationships.
• Lead by example, support and guide your colleagues while upholding the highest quality standards.
• Conduct tours for prospective members, highlighting the unique benefits that only Nuffield Health provides
• Oversee health and safety protocols, addressing any issues swiftly and effectively.
• Help achieve sales targets
• Be able to swim to a high standard and be willing to undergo training at site, due to covering Lifeguard breaks
