Job summary

Nuffield Health Newcastle Hospital's Gosforth (Newcastle) Gym is hiring a Sales Duty Manager for a permanent, full-time role. Up to £32,750 depending on experience plus sales commission, with responsibility for the smooth running of the gym and member experience.

The role requires demonstrable sales experience, excellent communication, and a collaborative approach. You will lead by example, guide staff, conduct tours for prospective members, and uphold health and safety standards while helping

• Oversee health and safety protocols and address issues swiftly.
• Assist in achieving sales targets.
• Be able to swim to a high standard and undergo Lifeguard training at site.

As a Duty Manager, you will:

• Be responsible for the smooth running of our club; including the opening and closing the club when on shift
