Job summary

Nuffield Health Islington Fitness and Wellbeing Club is seeking a Duty Manager on a permanent, full‑time basis. You’ll supervise the cleaning team, help open and close the club on shifts, and contribute to a smooth, welcoming experience for every member.

The role requires demonstrable sales experience, excellent communication, and a collaborative, can‑do attitude. You’ll also lead by example, conduct tours for prospective members and support health and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the smooth running of the club; including opening and closing the club when on shift.
• Prioritize member satisfaction, engage with our members, fostering happiness and building strong relationships.
• Lead by example, support and guide your colleagues while upholding the highest quality standards.
• Conduct tours for prospective members, highlighting the unique benefits that only Nuffield Health provides.
• Oversee health and safety protocols, addressing any issues swiftly and effectively.
• Help achieve sales targets.
• Be able to swim to a high standard and be willing to undergo training at site, due to covering Lifeguard breaks.

Up To £30,555.26 Per Annum Depending On Experience
