SSP Group in Stansted Airport is hiring a Duty Manager to lead operations during busy periods and weekends. The role offers full-time hours (3am and 11pm shifts noted) across weekdays, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities to work with iconic brands like Starbucks, M&S, Burger King and BrewDog.

You will manage opening/closing, energize the team, and ensure outstanding service while monitoring performance and driving improvements.

Qualifikationen

• 5 years of references and Criminal Record Check required.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.
• Experience leading a team in a busy Hospitality or Retail role is preferred.

Pay Rate: £14.31 per hour+ as a little incentive, you will earn an extra£1.50 per hour,for hours worked betweenmidnight and 6am.

We have Full Time(30-40hrs) roles available.

Hours of operation are 3am and 11 pm.Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.
