Job summary

SSP is seeking a Duty Manager to join our team across busy locations in the UK. You will take responsibility for opening, closing and daily operations, solving problems on the fly, and ensuring the shift runs smoothly.

You will lead a front-line team, keep energy high, deliver great service, and be the go-to person for customer and team queries. Previous leadership experience in fast-paced hospitality or retail is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have previous experience leading a team in busy Hospitality or Retail environment.
• Applicants must be 18 years or older to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.

Responsibilities

• Take opening, closing and daily operations responsibility.
• Lead the team through busy shifts with high energy.
• Inspire staff to deliver great customer service and resolve queries.

Rate of pay: £13.61 per hour

We have Full Time (30hrs) roles available

Hours of operation are 9:00am to 5:30pm (8:30pm on Thursday) working flexibly on weekdays, weekends, Bank and public holidays.

• Take ownership of opening, closing, and daily operations while solving problems on the fly.
• Lead your team through busy shifts, keeping the energy high and the atmosphere positive.
• Inspire your team to deliver great customer service, be the go-to person for customer and team queries.
• Results focussed, staying informed about unit performance and championing improvements.
• You must have previous experience leading a team in busy Hospitality or Retail environment.
