Job summary

SSP Stansted Airport is seeking a Duty Manager to lead fast-paced hospitality teams across iconic outlets. You’ll open, close and run daily operations, solving problems on the fly and keeping energy high during busy shifts.

You will inspire great customer service, manage a team of colleagues, and drive improvements while meeting brand standards. Applicants should have at least 5 years of references, be 18+, and pass a criminal record check; hours include early mornings and evenings, with

• Monitor unit performance and champion improvements.
• Previous experience leading a team in hospitality or retail is preferred.

DUTY MANAGER - STANSTED AIRPORT, BOTTEGA

Pay Rate: £14.31 per hour + as a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.50 per hour, for hours worked between midnight and 6am.

We have Full Time(30-40hrs) roles available.

Hours of operation are 3am and 11 pm.Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

ABOUT YOU:

• Due to some responsibilities within Duty Manager role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.
