Job summary

Everyman Harrogate is seeking a Duty Manager to oversee the smooth running of our venue, working with the Management Team and Team Members to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

The role focuses on front-facing service, hospitality standards, and ensuring guests have the best cinema visit. You will lead by example and drive a welcoming, efficient environment for every guest.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality is preferred.
• Passion for food, customer service, hospitality and people.
• Able to work with others or independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the smooth running and operation of the venue.

Our Duty Managers perform a key role, overseeing the smooth running & operation of our venues alongside our Management Team and Team Members. You will be the face of Everyman and responsible for ensuring that each and every one of our guests has the best possible experience whilst visiting one of our venues.
