Job summary

Everyman Harrogate is recruiting a Duty Manager to oversee daily venue operations and work closely with our management team and staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will be the face of Everyman, ensuring guests have the best possible visit and that service standards remain top-notch across all touchpoints.

The role emphasizes a personable, flexible, and proactive approach, with a focus on hospitality excellence and teamwork in a dynamic cinema environment.

• Oversee the smooth running and operation of our venues alongside the Management Team and Team Members.

Our Duty Managers perform a key role, overseeing the smooth running & operation of our venues alongside our Management Team and Team Members.
