The Everyman Esher is seeking a Duty Manager to oversee the smooth running of the venue and lead the team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will be the face of Everyman, ensuring guests have a memorable visit and maintaining high standards across service and hospitality.

We value a passion for food, customer service, and a proactive, flexible attitude. Experience in hospitality is preferred to help drive team performance and guest satisfaction at our premium cinema venue.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience preferred, focus on guest service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the smooth running and operation of the venue with the Management Team and Team Members.

The Role You’ll Play

Our Duty Managers perform a key role, overseeing the smooth running & operation of our venues alongside our Management Team and Team Members.
