Job summary

Everyman Esher is seeking a Duty Manager to oversee daily venue operations and guest experience, partnering with the management team to run the cinema smoothly.

You will be the face of Everyman, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional visit while supporting staff and maintaining service standards across the shift.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality preferred
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently

Responsibilities

• Oversee the smooth running and operation of the venue alongside the Management Team
• Be the face of Everyman and ensure guests have the best possible experience
• Support staff and shift delegation to maintain service standards
