Job summary

Everyman Cambridge is seeking a Duty Manager to oversee the smooth operation of the venue alongside the Management Team and staff. You will be the face of Everyman, ensuring guests receive the best possible experience during their visit.

Experience in hospitality is preferred; a can-do, upbeat and flexible attitude is essential as you lead service and guest engagement across shifts in a premium cinema environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality is preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset and enthusiasm.
• Ability to work with others and independently.
• Positive, energetic and adaptable personality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee smooth day-to-day operation of the venue with the Management Team.
• Be the face of Everyman and ensure every guest has an excellent experience.
• Support staff and manage guest flows during shifts.
