Job summary

Everyman Edinburgh is seeking a Duty Manager to oversee the smooth running and daily operation of the venue alongside the Management Team. You will be the face of Everyman, ensuring every guest enjoys the best possible experience with warm hospitality.

Lead and support team members, uphold service standards, and respond to guest needs with a positive, flexible attitude in a busy, guest-focused cinema environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality is preferred.
• Passion for food, customer service, and people.
• Ability to work well with others or independently.
• Positive, upbeat and flexible attitude.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the smooth running and operation of the venue alongside the management team.

The Role You’ll Play

Our Duty Managers perform a key role, overseeing the smooth running & operation of our venues alongside our Management Team and Team Members. You will be the face of Everyman and responsible for ensuring that each and every one of our guests has the best possible experience whilst visiting one of our venues.
