Nuffield Health is seeking a Duty Manager for our Farnham Fitness & Wellbeing Club. This permanent part-time role (24 hours per week) offers a pro-rata salary of £29,972.63 plus sales commission and benefits. You will help deliver an exceptional fitness experience for our members while supporting a friendly, service-driven team.

Key responsibilities include club operations, member engagement, upholding safety standards, and contributing to sales targets. Lifeguard duties may be required.

• Sales experience in a customer-facing role.

• Willingness to undergo Lifeguard training if needed.

As a Duty Manager, you will:

• Be responsible for the smooth running of our club; including the opening and closing the club when on shift

• Be able to swim to a high standard and be willing to undergo training at site, due to covering Lifeguard breaks
