Job summary

Nuffield Health Shipley Fitness & Wellbeing Club is hiring a Duty Manager on a permanent, full-time basis. You will ensure smooth club operations, oversee opening and closing on shifts, and drive member satisfaction.

The role requires sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to lead by example. You may conduct tours for prospective members and support health and safety protocols while helping hit sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and customer service.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Willingness to cover Lifeguard breaks and partake in safety duties.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the smooth running of the club; opening and closing on shift.
• Prioritize Member Satisfaction; engage with members and build strong relationships.
• Lead by example; support and guide colleagues while upholding high quality standards.
• Conduct tours for prospective members, highlighting benefits of Nuffield Health.
• Oversee health and safety protocols; address issues swiftly and effectively.
• Help achieve sales targets.
• Must be able to swim to a high standard and be willing to undergo site training for Lifeguard duties.

As a Duty Manager, you will:

• Be responsible for the smooth running of our club; including the opening and closing the club when on shift
