Job summary

Nuffield Health Cottingley Manor Fitness & Wellbeing Gym in Cottingley is recruiting a Duty Manager to lead the club’s daily operations and guest experience. A strong sales focus and outstanding communication are essential to growing memberships and maintaining service standards.

You will oversee health and safety, mentor staff, conduct tours for prospective members and help hit sales targets while ensuring a welcoming, high-quality environment for members.
