Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a part-time Duty Manager for Bishops Stortford FWC to help run the Fitness & Wellbeing Club and deliver an exceptional member experience.

Candidates should have sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a customer-service focus; you will lead by example, oversee safety, and assist with member tours and targets. The role offers pro rata pay and potential sales commission.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the smooth running of the club; including opening and closing on shift.

• Oversee health and safety protocols and address issues swiftly.
• Assist in achieving sales targets.
• Be able to swim to a high standard and undertake lifeguard training as needed.

As a Duty Manager, you will:

• Be responsible for the smooth running of our club; including the opening and closing the club when on shift

• Prioritize Member Satisfaction, Engage with our members, fostering happiness and building strong relationships.

• Lead by example, support and guide your colleagues while upholding the highest quality standards.

• Conduct tours for prospective members, highlighting the unique benefits that only Nuffield Health provides

• Oversee health and safety protocols, addressing any issues swiftly and effectively.

• Help achieve sales targets

• Be able to swim to a high standard and be willing to undergo training at site, due to covering Lifeguard breaks
