Job summary

Prezzo Restaurant in Banstead is seeking a hands-on Duty Manager to lead the shift, bridge the floor and management, and ensure every guest enjoys the brand’s Hospitality Magic.

You’ll open and close the restaurant, supervise the team, and act as a role model when the General Manager is away. This role rewards leadership with practical perks and fast-track development within our hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Solid experience as a server or supervisor seeking more.
• Ability to lead a team through busy services.
• Energetic, reliable and personable with a passion for hospitality.
• Eager to learn the operational side of a successful restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant and manage shift handovers.
• Lead the team during busy services when GM is away.
• Uphold hospitality standards and guest experience.
• Handle cashing up and compliance while remaining visible on the floor.
