Job summary

Prezzo is seeking a high-energy Duty Manager in the United Kingdom to bridge floor and management. You will lead shifts, supervise a team, and embody our Hospitality Magic while ensuring excellent guest experiences.

You will open and close the restaurant, manage cashing up and compliance, and act as a front-and-centre role model during busy services. Experience in hospitality and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality settings, particularly serving or supervising, and readiness for greater responsibility.
• Natural leadership with the ability to guide a team through busy services.
• Strong energy, reliability, and enthusiasm for delivering guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant as a keyholder.
• Lead the team during shifts when the General Manager is away.
• Manage cashing up and compliance while serving as a role model.

The Role

You are the heartbeat of the shift. As a keyholder, you'll open and close the restaurant, lead the team when the GM is away, and ensure every guest experiences our "Hospitality Magic." You'll master the "behind-the-scenes" stuff -like cashing up and compliance -while staying front-and-centre as a role model for the team.
