Prezzo is hiring a Duty Manager in Greater London to bridge floor operations and leadership. You’ll open and close the restaurant, and lead the team when the GM is away, ensuring every guest enjoys our Hospitality Magic.

You’ll gain experience in cashing up, compliance, and daily operations while growing toward Assistant Manager and beyond in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualificações

• Experience as a server or supervisor and readiness for more.
• Ability to lead a team through a busy service.
• Positive, reliable energy with a passion for making guests smile.
• Eagerness to learn the operational side of a successful restaurant.

Responsabilidades

• Open and close the restaurant as a keyholder.
• Lead the team when the General Manager is away.
• Ensure guests experience our Hospitality Magic and smooth service.
• Handle cashing up and compliance while remaining a role model for the team.

The Role

You are the heartbeat of the shift. As a keyholder, you'll open and close the restaurant, lead the team when the GM is away, and ensure every guest experiences our "Hospitality Magic." You'll master the "behind-the-scenes" stuff -like cashing up and compliance -while staying front-and-centre as a role model for the team.
