Job summary

Prezzo Trading LTD is seeking a Duty Manager in Greater London. You will briefly bridge floor operations with management, opening and closing shifts and guiding the team to deliver Hospitality Magic during busy services.

You will be a keyholder, lead by example, handle cashing up and compliance, and support the GM on shift—driving guest satisfaction with energy and a growth mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality roles, serving or supervising.
• Ability to lead a team through a busy service.
• Willingness to learn the operational side of the business.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant.
• Lead the team when the GM is away.

The Role

You are the heartbeat of the shift. As a keyholder, you’ll open and close the restaurant, lead the team when the GM is away, and ensure every guest experiences our "Hospitality Magic." You’ll master the "behind-the-scenes" stuff—like cashing up and compliance—while staying front-and-centre as a role model for the team.
