Prezzo in Aberdeen is seeking a high-energy Duty Manager to bridge floor and management. You’ll open and close the restaurant, lead the team during busy services, and embody our hospitality magic for every guest.

You’ll build on solid server or supervisor experience, bring a natural leadership style, and develop operational know-how to progress toward Assistant Manager and beyond. A fun, fast-paced environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Must have hospitality/server/supervisor experience.
• Willing to learn the operational side of a successful restaurant.
• Able to lead shifts and model the team during busy services.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant and be the heartbeat of the shift.
• Lead the team when the General Manager is away.
• Ensure every guest experiences our hospitality magic.
• Handle cashing up and compliance behind the scenes while staying front-and-centre.

The Role

You are the heartbeat of the shift. As a keyholder, you’ll open and close the restaurant, lead the team when the GM is away, and ensure every guest experiences our \"Hospitality Magic.\" You’ll master the \"behind-the-scenes\" stuff-like cashing up and compliance- while staying front-and-centre as a role model for the team.
