Job summary

SSP is hiring a Duty Manager for Millie's Cookies at Queensgate Peterborough. The role offers a 30-hour full-time schedule with 9:00am–5:30pm shifts (8:30pm on Thursdays). You will lead a team, ensure excellent customer service, and drive daily operations with a hands-on leadership approach.

Applicants should have experience leading teams in Hospitality or Retail and be 18+ to perform certain shifts. Enjoy staff discounts, training, and development within a fast-paced retail environment.

• Previous experience leading a team in a busy Hospitality or Retail environment.
• Must be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or shifts.
