Job summary

Concentrix is hiring a Primark Customer Support Advisor in Belfast to manage customer inquiries via social media and email. The role is full-time, hybrid with 2 days in the Belfast office and 3 days at home, on a 40-hour rota between 8am and midnight, Monday to Sunday.

You will handle issues such as missing orders, payments, product availability and order modifications with a friendly, empathetic manner while maintaining professionalism. Fluency in Dutch and English is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months customer service experience (mandatory).
• Excellent Dutch & English verbal and written skills.
• Fully flexible between 8am-12am (Mon-Sun).
• Broadband speed of at least 10Mbps and a private/distraction-free home workspace.
• Clean record free from credit, criminal or disciplinary issues.
