Job summary

A regional contractor is seeking a Dumper Roller Driver to operate machinery safely and efficiently in Marchwood. This ongoing, full-time role requires prior experience, ideally with a CPCS or NPORS/CSCS certification. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be aware of health and safety protocols on site, and demonstrate reliability in task completion. Competitive pay at £20.00 per hour is offered, with further opportunities for involvement in Civil Engineering projects.

The company:

A well established regional contractor who specialises in Civil Engineering and Infrastructure.

The role:

As a Dumper Roller Driver on site you will be required to operate plant safely and efficiently. General duties include:

  • Moving loads across site
  • Manoeuvring around confined spaces
  • Following safe practices when loading and unloading materials
About you:

Ideally you will have previous working experience in a Dumper/Roller position

You will be conscious of health and safety on site and will be wary of others who are working alongside of you.

You will arrive on time, finish your shift at the times allocated by the site manager and complete additional duties as and when the site manager requires.

To be successful in your application for this role you will have and be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
  • Previous experience in a Dumper Roller Driver position
  • Groundworks experience (preferred)
  • You will have a CPCS or NPORS/CSCS
  • Strong work ethic in a team
  • Be approachable and happy to work as a point of contact when working in a standalone position.
