Job summary

CS UK Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced CQC Dual Registered Manager to lead two transitional homes in Birmingham City Centre. You will ensure compliance with CQC regulations, create a safe, child-centred environment, and oversee staff development and safeguarding.

The role requires an Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare, and a proven track record as a Registered Manager.

Qualifications

Must hold Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare.
Previous experience as a Registered Manager in a similar setting.
Understanding of DoLS, mental capacity, and restrictive practices.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day running of two residential homes and ensure full compliance with CQC regulations.
Create a safe, nurturing, and child-centred environment for young people.
Manage, support, and develop a staff team through supervision and training.
Develop and review person-centred care plans tailored to each young person.
Work in partnership with families and external professionals.
Monitor safeguarding, risk management, and overall quality of care.
Support young people’s education, health, and emotional wellbeing.
Oversee activities, trips, and positive experiences for our young people.
