CS UK Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced CQC Dual Registered Manager to lead two transitional homes in Birmingham City Centre, ensuring high standards of care for children and young people.

Formación

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare is required.
• Experience as a Registered Manager in a similar setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding practices is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day running of two residential homes in line with CQC regulations.
• Develop and review person-centred care plans for each young person.
• Manage, support and develop staff through supervision and training.
• Engage families and external professionals in care planning.
• Oversee safeguarding, risk management and quality of care.
• Support education, health and emotional wellbeing of young people.
• Coordinate activities and opportunities to provide positive experiences for residents.
