Purosearch Ltd. is seeking a Dual Registered Home Manager to lead two children's residential services in the Birmingham area. You will oversee day-to-day operations, safeguarding, and care planning, while driving high-quality outcomes across both homes.

Applicants should have proven Registered Manager experience in children's residential care, with multi-site oversight and a Level 5 Diploma or equivalent, plus a strong track record in staff leadership and Ofsted readiness.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Registered Manager within a children's residential setting.
• Experience managing children's residential services across more than one home.
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding, T&Cs and Ofsted requirements.
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop staff teams to high standards.
• Experience working with Local Authorities, social workers and families.

Responsabilités

• Take overall responsibility for safe, day-to-day management of both children's homes.
• Lead the multi-home service, ensuring Good Ofsted outcomes and ongoing compliance.
• Develop new solo 2:1 home and coordinate registrations and launches.
• Oversee safeguarding, care planning, risk management and placement stability.
• Recruit, supervise, appraise and develop staff; manage budgets and shortages.
• Work with authorities and professionals to secure placements and outcomes.
