Jupiter Recruitment is seeking an experienced CQC Dual Registered Manager to lead two residential homes in Birmingham City Centre, ensuring compliance with CQC standards and delivering high-quality care to children and young people.

The role requires a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare, strong leadership, safeguarding, and multi-site management experience. Salary £55,000–£65,000 DOE, permanent full-time with on-site parking and company benefits.

• Experience leading residential children’s homes and ensuring CQC compliance.
• Strong leadership, safeguarding, and multi-site management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the day-to-day operation of two residential homes ensuring CQC compliance.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment and supervise staff through training.
• Develop person-centred care plans and work with families and external professionals.
• Monitor safeguarding, risk management, and overall quality of care.
• Support education, health, and emotional wellbeing of young people.
