You will manage performance, welfare, disciplinary and grievance matters, while implementing customer service standards across the fleet. The role emphasises visible leadership, engagement, and fair treatment to raise professionalism and service levels.

• Proven track record in line managing a team of drivers.
• Ability to drive performance through engagement and coaching.
• Experience handling disciplinary and grievance procedures.
• Strong stakeholder and union relations management.
