Job summary

DPD is seeking Pre Brief Operatives in Doncaster to join a busy depot team on a fixed-term contract until January 15, 2027. The role focuses on device management, data accuracy, and delivering excellent customer service while supporting warehouse operations.

• Strong eye for detail with 100% accuracy in data and logs.
• Comfort navigating Google Workspace and internal platforms.

Responsibilities

• Guardianship of Saturn handheld devices and check-in/out for driver fleet.
• Maintain real-time data accuracy in Universe and Google Docs.
• Provide top-tier customer service at the depot and resolve queries on the spot.
• Support warehouse floor crew and participate in daily team huddles.
• Maintain organization and safety in the workspace following protocols.
