Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Liverpool is seeking a Class 1 Dray Driver to join our transport team, delivering beer kegs and cases to customer locations across the region. This hands-on role combines professional driving, physical delivery work, and excellent customer service.

You will hold a valid HGV Class 1 Driving Licence (C+E), Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card, with at least 12 months of Class 1 driving experience and good geographical knowledge.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid HGV Class 1 Driving Licence (C+E).
• Driver CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph card required.
• Minimum 12 months Class 1 driving experience preferred.
• Good geographical knowledge and safe driving practices.
• Comfortable with manual handling and customer-facing delivery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver beer kegs and cases to pubs, bars, restaurants, and other customer locations.
• Load and unload products safely using manual handling techniques.
• Complete vehicle checks and ensure deliveries are safe and compliant.
• Use handheld technology and complete delivery paperwork accurately.
• Collaborate with Drivers Mates, customers, and transport team throughout the day.

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time Annualised Hours)
Shift patterns: Monday to Friday - Start times between 05:00 and 06:00

• Using handheld technology and completing delivery paperwork accurately
• Working closely with Drivers Mates, customers, and the transport team throughout the day
