Qualifications

• Experience delivering sales in a service environment (e.g., housebuilding, retail, hospitality, banking, estate agency)
• Commercial awareness with understanding of market and competitors
• Understands and acts on customer needs to protect company reputation
• Able to stay calm under pressure and be resilient
• Excellent communication and persuasive negotiating abilities
• Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision
• Willingness to work weekends/bank holidays and travel as needed
• Holds full driving licence and has access to a vehicle for business travel
