Job summary

Barratt Redrow PLC in the Northwest region is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Adviser to help customers find their dream home and deliver outstanding service throughout the sales journey.

You will need exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport, understand customer needs, demonstrate products, and follow up leads to drive site visits. The role operates within a hybrid model across offices, sites and sales centres.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering sales in a service environment (housebuilding, retail, hospitality, etc.).
• Commercially aware with understanding of market and competitors.
• Understands customer needs to help protect company reputation.
• Resilient, driven to meet personal and company targets.
• Calm under pressure and adaptable to change.
• Keeps up to date with legislation, economy and technology.
• Persuasive communicator and negotiator to build rapport.
• Embraces new ways of working to grow the sales operation.
• Encourages and supports colleagues; builds relationships across functions.
• Self-starter who works effectively without direct supervision.
• IT literate.
• Willing to work weekends/bank holidays and travel as needed.
• Holds full driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate comprehensive local knowledge including amenities, schools, transport links and competitors.
• Have a thorough understanding of our product and pricing.
• Effective lead follow up to convert enquiries to site visits.
• Utilise our sales methodology, schemes and incentives to close a sale.
• Achieve sales targets in line with business requirements.
