Full time permanent Salary £30,000 - £42,000 + on-call, overtime & benefits

Within the Waste & Water Services Division of Franchise Brands is also Willow Pumps and Filta. Two expanding businesses that focus on sewage pumps and commercial kitchen solutions. Together, the brands provide a complete one‑stop shop for keeping water and waste flowing.

What’s involved?

• Carry out a range of services associated with our emergency services offering, cleaning, clearance, repair, installation and maintenance of our customer’s assets new and old
• Deliver a high standard of customer service and technical expertise
• Operate in accordance with H&S and Quality procedures
• Maintain a high standard of company service, vehicles and equipment
• Accurately record completed work details via internal and client systems
• Communicate effectively to ensure an excellent service is provided at all times
• Have a positive and helpful can‑do attitude
• Cover normal working hours and “on call” out‑of‑hours on a rota basis and have a flexible attitude to covering emergency situations when called upon outside of the these periods

What do we look for?

Suitable candidates will be able to display a great working attitude together with skills pertaining to the clearance, cleaning and repair of both internal small bore and external drainage systems.

• Experience in commercial & domestic Drainage is essential
• Experience in drain cleaning, drain repairs, patch lining
• Drainage tickets including HPWJ, Confined spaces and CSCS
• Have experience with CCTV Surveys and Lining an advantage
• Will have a positive, flexible, can‑do attitude

• Be willing to work occasional / unsociable hours
• Hold a full UK driving licence – must be over 21 for insurance purposes
• Must live in the postcode areas noted above
