Job summary

Glasgow Life is a charity focused on culture and sport in Glasgow. We are seeking a Development Assistant to join our Development team and support fundraising programmes, including Museums Membership and Celtic Rover.

The role is full-time with a hybrid working pattern in Glasgow, and you will be the first point of contact for donors. You will manage fundraising communications and use The Raiser’s Edge CRM to process gifts and memberships.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in a donor or customer facing role.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail; proficient with MS Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of fundraising programmes and administer membership and donor communications.
• Be the first point of contact for donors; manage fundraising phone line, letters and emails.
• Process gifts and memberships in the CRM (The Raiser’s Edge) and prepare membership packs.
• Support venues in Glasgow Life to implement new fundraising tools and events.
