Job summary

The Myton Hospices is seeking an experienced Supporter Care and Data Operations Lead based in Warwick. This role combines people leadership with hands-on data processing to support donors and internal teams.

You will drive data accuracy, streamline imports, and champion data governance across fundraising workflows. You will oversee supporter and income data, work with CRM systems, and analyse KPIs to identify improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience of managing significant volumes of data.
• Strong IT skills, including experience with databases or CRM systems.
• Experience of coordinating people, workloads and priorities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Understanding of GDPR and data governance.
• Clear, professional and compassionate communication.
• Ability to identify, investigate and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workloads and priorities within the team.
• Support and develop colleagues, including volunteers.
• Oversee accurate supporter, income and CRM data processing.
• Analyse data to monitor KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead data imports from external fundraising platforms.
• Support Gift Aid processing, income reconciliation and fundraising activity.
