Job summary

The Myton Hospices is seeking an experienced Supporter Care & Data Operations Lead to manage the Database & Supporter Care Team in Warwick. The role focuses on accurate data processing, donor relations, and improving data workflows to support fundraising activities.

You will lead data imports, monitor KPIs, and ensure GDPR compliance while coordinating workloads and maintaining high-quality CRM data across projects. This is a part-time, office-based position with occasional travel to other sites.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large data volumes across multiple sources.
• Strong IT skills with databases or CRM systems.
• Experience coordinating people, workloads and priorities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy; GDPR knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Database & Supporter Care Team.
• Oversee accurate processing of supporter, income and CRM data.
• Analyse data to monitor KPIs and identify improvements.
• Lead data imports from external fundraising platforms.
• Support Gift Aid processing and income reconciliation.
