About the role

Join our friendly, local team supporting older adults to live safely and happily in their own homes. You’ll provide person-centred support—helping with daily routines, offering companionship, and making a real difference in your community.

What you’ll do
  • Visit clients at home across Chelmsford and nearby areas
  • Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting) and mobility support
  • Provide medication prompts, hydration and nutrition support
  • Meal preparation, light housekeeping and shopping
  • Offer companionship, conversation, and accompany to appointments
  • Update simple care notes and report any concerns promptly
What we’re looking for
  • Caring, reliable and respectful—no previous care experience required (full training provided)
  • Good communication and professional boundaries
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car (preferred)
  • Able to work alternate weekends and some evenings
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Willing to complete an enhanced DBS check (company-assisted)
