Melody Care is seeking an experienced Care Manager to lead our Camberley branch and drive growth while delivering the highest standards of care.

You will oversee daily operations, recruit and support carers, ensure CQC compliance, and build strong relationships with clients and families. A compassionate, proactive leader with strong IT and communication skills will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or working towards).
• Proven experience in a Care Manager role or similar leadership position within the care sector.
• Strong organisational, IT, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, safeguarding Clients and Carers at all times.
• Oversee day-to-day operational management of the branch (staffing, budgets, compliance, and performance).
• Grow the private client base and develop care packages while maintaining high-quality service.
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company policies.
• Recruit, onboard, and support Carers and office staff.
• Build strong relationships with Clients, families, external professionals, and the wider community.
• Provide effective leadership to the Care Team.
• Collaborate with Operations, Training, and Recruitment teams to support branch development.
