Melody Care is seeking an experienced Care Manager to lead a Camberley branch in Surrey. You will oversee daily operations, recruit and support carers, maintain CQC compliance, and develop high-quality care packages for private clients.

You will work closely with the Operations Manager and other teams to drive branch growth while delivering compassionate, person-centred care and safeguarding for clients and carers alike.

Are you an experienced Care Manager with the drive to lead a growing branch and make a real difference in your community? We are seeking a dynamic, motivated Care Manager to join our team in Camberley, Surrey. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the success of our branch, provide strong leadership, and deliver the highest standards of care.

About the role

The Role

As the Care Manager, you will:

• Lead by example, safeguarding Clients and Carers at all times.
• Oversee the day-to-day operational management of the branch (staffing, budgets, compliance, and performance).
• Grow the private client base and develop care packages while maintaining the highest quality of service.
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company policies.
• Recruit, onboard, and support Carers and office staff.
• Build strong relationships with Clients, families, external professionals, and the wider community.
• Provide effective leadership to the Care Team
• Work closely with our Operations, Training, and Recruitment teams to support branch development.

What We’re Looking For

• NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or working towards).
• Proven experience in a Care Manager role (or similar leadership position within the care sector).
• Strong organisational, IT, and communication skills.
• A self-motivated, reliable, and flexible leader who can inspire a team.
• A caring, patient, and professional approach with a passion for high-quality care.
• Ambition and drive to succeed in growing the branch and team.
