Job description

Job Title: Document Production Specialist – FULLY REMOTE

International law firm at the forefront of legal innovation is seeking to hire a fully remote Document Production Specialist to provide accurate, professional, and efficient document production services support across the UK, European, and International offices.

This full-time, fully remote role involves delivering high-quality service to internal clients through timely responses, quick and accurate task completion, and clear communication with a solutions-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transcribe, create, rebrand, format, and amend emails, correspondence, notes, documents, reports, billing narratives, and mail merges
  • Prepare electronic engrossments, including ancillary documentation and diagrams, and electronically date and sign documents
  • Create and amend PowerPoint, Visio, and Jigsaw presentations, organizational charts, step diagrams, and family trees
  • Create marketing materials such as team sheets, seminar slides, and pitch documents
  • Support complex tasks like pivot charts, graphs, data formulas in Excel, Visio, and Jigsaw
  • Maintain and update the Firm’s template and precedent library (over 40,000 documents)
  • Prepare and amend forms using Evo and Lexis Smart Forms
Skills & Requirements:
  • Experience in document production within a law firm environment across various practice areas
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Word, DocXtools, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experience with BigHand
  • Understanding of Visio and Jigsaw
  • Knowledge of Adobe Pro and Definely Proof
