Position: Legal Document Production Specialist

Type: Permanent - full time

Work arrangement: Fully remote

Hours: 9am - 5pm

Salary: £33,000

Large global law firm seeking a highly experienced legal Document Production Specialist to join their team. This is a fully remote, full-time role working from home on a 9am - 5pm schedule.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in legal document production, capable of delivering high-quality service using all in-house Word templates during the day shift, Monday to Friday. Responsibilities include:

  • Handling requests such as amendments, conversions, working with PDFs, digital dictation, repairing documents, organization charts, and presentations
  • Utilizing a cloud-based file management system to check jobs in and out
  • Quality control of work before client delivery

Technical skills required:

  • Expertise in templates and house styles
  • Previous experience in a legal document production role
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, Visio, Adobe Acrobat, and other relevant software
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Effective communication skills for job specifications and dealing with multiple users
  • Team player with the ability to work independently when needed
