Job description

Join to apply for the Legal Document Production Specialist role at Ninth Floor Communications.

Location: London

Large global law firm is looking for a highly experienced Legal Document Production Specialist to join their remote team. This is a full-time, fully remote role working from home on a 9am-5pm schedule.

Details:

  • Position: Permanent, full-time
  • Hours: 9am-5pm
  • Salary: £33,000 per annum

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high-quality document production using in-house Word templates during the day shift (Monday - Friday)
  • Handle requests such as amendments, conversions, working with PDFs, digital dictation, repairing documents, organization charts, and presentations
  • Manage jobs using a cloud-based file system
  • Perform quality control before submitting work to clients

Technical Skills and Experience:

  • Expertise in templates and house styles
  • Previous legal document production experience
  • Advanced MS Office skills; familiarity with Visio, Adobe Acrobat
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Effective communication skills for job specifications and multi-user interactions
  • Team player with the ability to work independently when needed
