Job summary

AVK-SEG Ltd in Maidenhead is seeking a highly organised Document Controller to join our expanding team. You will act as the central point of contact for project documentation, ensuring accurate management and controlled distribution across the project lifecycle.

You will work with Project Managers, Engineers and Quality teams to maintain document flow, support compliance, and ensure critical information is accessible.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new document management systems quickly.
• Experience with ACC Forma or similar document management system.
• Experience within engineering or project-based environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation across client and internal document management systems.
• Upload, track and maintain project documentation per requirements.
• Liaise with clients, project teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely reviews.
• Edit, format and maintain technical documentation to standards.
• Produce and update document registers and tracking tools.
• Monitor document status and chase outstanding approvals.
