Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is recruiting an experienced Document Controller to join a major UK infrastructure project. Location: PA31 8RR, in-person, 37.5 hours per week.

Start ASAP; contract until 24 December 2026 with potential extension or move to permanent role for the right candidate. You'll manage project information across BIM 360, SharePoint and Common Data Environments, maintain document registers and workflows, and support engineering and site teams to ensure information is accurate and

Qualifications

• Experience in Document Control/Management role.
• BIM 360 Docs experience desirable.
• Knowledge of ISO 19650 advantageous.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage project information across BIM 360, SharePoint and client Common Data Environments.
• Maintain document registers and workflows; ensure information is accurate and up to date.
• Support project teams and subcontractors in information exchange and document control processes.
• Assist with rollout and adoption of BIM 360 across the project team.
